Resource Development

Each team member goes through pre-defined workshop & training for the applicable areas to the respective individuals since their induction. A query LOG is being maintained under the KPI management system and duly being monitored by key account manager and the core management accordingly. A key account manager (a single point of contact) remains reserved for each client to promote its reserved services to be available more adequately & efficiently.
